25th Birthdays--Michelle January 21 Dave Feb 25

We both turned 25 this Spring with Michelle in January and myself in February. This is a picture of Michelle with the flowers I got her. For Michelle's birthday, we went out to dinner with her parents Ralph and Annette, and for my birthday we went out to dinner with our game night friends.

While Michelle decorated my birthday cake, I read the Ensign articles to her. I can't wait for the cake to be done, it looks good! Posted by Picasa

For my birthday, the "game night" group got together for some Outback Steakhouse. It was great! The game night group was started when the guys in the group realized we didn't have a lot of friends to hang out with. We all work together at Haris Interactive and so we decided to get together on Sunday evenings to eat good food and play games. That is how it all started. Posted by Picasa

Dan Hosford's wife Bekah left just before we took these pictures, so Dan was adopted into our picture. Posted by Picasa

Here is a closeup shot of Travis and Michelle (Shelley as we call her, so as not to get confused with Michelle Droge) Millet. Travis really enjoyed the ribs... perhaps that is what he is thinking about right now. Posted by Picasa

Here is Josh Skinner and Rosie Simmons. They are going to be getting married soon! Posted by Picasa

My birthday was on saturday, but we didn't get to do the cake until Sunday, so here I am posing with the cake. It was superman themed because Michelle and I have been watching all the seasons of Smallville and we have really enjoyed them. Posted by Picasa

Here is an overhead shot of the cake. It was amazing. Michelle's cake class has definitely paid off. This had a yummy raspberry filling inside. Good stuff! Posted by Picasa

Christmas 2005

It is Christmas time! Each Christmas Eve, the Droge family gets together to act out the Nativity. This is a tradition we've been doing for many years. It is a fun time to get together, enjoy the Christmas story and have some good quality time together. The last couple years we've spent more time trying to get costumes ready than actually doing the Nativity, so this year we decided to skip straight to acting out the story. I think it was a blast. Here is a picture of the Droge kids that were home for the Christmas season. (Shawn is in Iraq for military duty and Greg is in Mexico on his mission) Becca (Shawn's wife) was in town for the holidays with their kids Sarah and Ethan, so it was great to have them around as well.

We gave Joey a set of Andrew Clements books, like Frindel. Posted by Picasa
