Here is a shot of the house from the sidewalk, you can see that the driveway is now in, and the roof is coming along.

Bear Lake with the Ponds July 2006

Here we are! Ralph and Annette Pond have a timeshare with ORE and they decided to make a family vacation in Bear Lake to enjoy. The whole family went up on Monday the 17th and stayed until the next Monday. Michelle and I with Brandon and Kimberly Baum went up on Wednesday night and stayed through sunday night. It was a lot of fun. We played in the lake, went on a cave adventure, played games, golfed, and relaxed. Thanks to the Ponds for the great time! 

Michelle still has a hurt ankle from that fateful hike on the 4th of july when she sprained it. The doctor said it was a sprain and gave her this brace. She probably put it on and took it off 50 times on the trip. Here is one instance.

The water was beautiful and the mountains in the background added to the scenery. We relaxed and played water games, including king of the tube. 

We spent a lot of time on the tube. This was borrowed from a family friend who just sold their boat. It was a lot of fun. Here Brandon, myself, and Heather are being tossed about. 

From the still water in the background you can tell we are just posing. We are having fun though!  

Brandon and myself had a very fun time as Ralph tried to destroy us. I can't imagine what he would have done to us if we weren't in the family yet! 

Believe it or not, I didn't tip over here. There were many times that we did tip over though. One time we were going so fast that brandon and I each skipped across the water on our backs! A few of those crashes do wear you out though. 

Kimberly and Nicole had some fun on the tube as well. Overall it was the crowd favorite for the week. 

Annette and Michelle wanted a nice ride. Ralph did eventually toss them off once, but it was NOT appreciated!

Here I am prepping myself to slalom. This is about as far up as I got, but I did get up and go pretty good on the air chair.
